NBC greenlights "The Office" spinoff!

Details are still emerging, but The Hollywood Reporter claims that NBC will announce tomorrow their fall/winter schedule, including a proposed spinoff to The Office, which will air directly after the original on Thursday nights starting in February. NBC is also apparently set to renew Chuck, Life, Law & Order and ER (for its final season).

No word on whether the new, as-yet-untitled sitcom will pilfer any of the cast from The Office, or even where the new comedy will be set. Stay tuned!

So I came here looking for a run down and assessment on last nights Idol. What going on? I'm really missing your insight right about now. (Not that I am not excited about an Office spinoff.. that could be good!)

How bout instead of starting a new show they just give us the Office episodes that were never made due to the writers' strike?

ER is finally going off the air. I will miss it, but not as much as I miss the glory days of George Clooney, Noah Wylie and that other guy.
