I still think it was just ok. Some of the interpretation/arrangement felt pretty cliche to me. And does no one care how he forgot the words/mumbled his way through the line about 2/3 through the song?
I only got to catch Brooke's song before I headed out to clogging, so it was refreshing to hear a song that wasn't accompanied by my thoughts saying "she blew it!". He is very good and I agree that he hid his mishap quite well. I enjoyed it, thanks Jay!

I still just can't get over his airy breaths he takes. Someone needs to train that well trained voice to breath a little quieter.

I mentioned in my earlier post that he messed up some lyrics, but at least he did it in a way that was less jarring than Brooke's little mishap.
No one else "reinterpreted" an ALW song last night as successfully as Little David, so cut him some slack, haters!
