If you hadn't heard already, production has already begun on the as-yet-untitled X-Files movie sequel. Though little is known about the plot, creator/director Chris Carter promises that the new movie will not focus on the alien mythology/conspiracy plot from the series or the previous film: "We want a stand-alone movie." This is the best news we've had so far in 2008.
I don't know Jon, I thought Jackson's recent reconciliation with the green ball was pretty big news.
Yeah, and apparently Lily's arrival means absolutely nothing to a potential favorite uncle. Ammon, you're the new favorite.

We are HUGE X-Files fans from way back. We are thrilled to see a movie sequel coming because we hated how the series ended. Love Scully and Mulder though. Do you think they will be a "love item" in the movie?
Uh....did Mulder and Scully ever....you know... fraternize?
Hooray for more X-Files! Although in reality I don't need more creepy things to cloud my dreams.
